# Steps:

01 - Toss the sliced beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch in a bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes to tenderize.

07 - Return beef to the pan. Add cooked noodles and pour in the sauce. Toss over high heat for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens and everything is evenly coated.
