# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The layers stay perfectly put thanks to a trick I learned from a short order cook
  • Each bite hits every single flavor and texture combination
  • It turns an ordinary lunch into something people actually remember
02 -
  • Wooden picks are absolutely necessary or your sandwich will collapse before the first bite
  • Toast bread slightly darker than usual since the middle softens from vegetable moisture
  • Slicing tomatoes paper thin prevents them from sliding out when you cut the sandwich
03 -
  • Spread mayo completely to the edges of every bread slice to prevent dry spots
  • Press down gently after each layer so ingredients settle evenly
