01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
02 - Lay turkey breast slices flat on a clean cutting board or work surface.
03 - Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of prepared stuffing on each turkey slice. Top with half a slice of provolone or mozzarella cheese.
04 - Roll up each turkey slice around the stuffing and cheese filling. Secure with toothpicks if necessary to hold the roll shape.
05 - Place the turkey roll-ups seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
06 - Pour the turkey or chicken gravy evenly over all the roll-ups in the dish.
07 - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
08 - Remove foil and continue baking for 10 minutes, or until turkey reaches internal temperature of 165°F.
09 - Remove toothpicks before serving. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
