01 - If desired, rim each champagne flute or glass with lemon juice and dip in edible glitter or gold sugar for a festive presentation.
02 - In a large pitcher, combine sparkling white grape juice, sparkling raspberry or strawberry soda, cranberry juice, and lemon juice. Stir gently to mix while maintaining carbonation.
03 - Fill each champagne flute about three-quarters full with the mocktail mixture, leaving room for the cotton candy garnish.
04 - Just before serving, place a small tuft of pink cotton candy on top of each glass. The cotton candy will dissolve when the drink is poured over it or as it is sipped, creating sweetness and a dramatic visual effect.
05 - Garnish with fresh raspberries or strawberries if desired. Serve immediately while sparkling and chilled.
