01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

04 - 1/2 cup chilled coconut water
05 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey, optional

06 - 1 cup ice cubes

01 - Combine strawberries, lime juice, coconut milk, coconut water, and agave syrup (if using) in a blender.
02 - Blend mixture until completely smooth and uniform in consistency.
03 - Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice is crushed and the cooler has a frothy texture.
04 - Taste and add additional sweetener if desired, blending briefly to incorporate.
05 - Pour the mixture into chilled serving glasses.
06 - Garnish each glass with strawberry slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
