# What You'll Need:

→ Fruits

01 - 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
02 - 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks

→ Liquids

03 - 1 cup coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)

→ Optional Add-ins

04 - 1/2 cup plain yogurt (dairy or plant-based)
05 - 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
06 - 1/2 cup ice cubes
07 - Juice of 1/2 lime

# Steps:

01 - Place pineapple chunks, mango chunks, coconut milk, yogurt, honey, ice cubes, and lime juice into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
03 - Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey, or adjust thickness by adding more coconut milk as desired.
04 - Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or fresh mint leaf if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like vacation in a glass and takes literally five minutes from fridge to lips.
  • The natural sweetness from the fruit means you can skip added sugar entirely and still feel like you are indulging.
02 -
  • Frozen fruit straight from the freezer will give you a milkshake like thickness that fresh fruit simply cannot match on its own.
  • Do not skip the lime juice thinking it is optional because that one squeeze transforms the whole flavor from flat to electric.
03 -
  • Freeze your overripe mango and pineapple in a single layer on a baking sheet before transferring to a bag so they never clump together into an unusable brick.
  • Blend the lime juice in last if your blender has an add in opening because the volatile citrus oils fade quickly at high speed.
