01 - Place pineapple chunks, mango chunks, coconut milk, yogurt, honey, ice cubes, and lime juice into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if needed.
03 - Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey, or adjust thickness by adding more coconut milk as desired.
04 - Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or fresh mint leaf if desired.
